Reel Talk:

This film is based on the true events of journalist Gary Webb who risked his family, his career and eventually his life to get this story out. Jeremy Renner puts in a riveting performance as the brave but conflicted reporter, definitely worthy of an Oscar nod. This is not a movie with all the flash and dash special effects but rather the grit of telling the truth behind one of the biggest drug conspiracies ever. You will have to appreciate conspiracy theories to appreciate this movie. But this is one to catch.
