ALEXANDER AND THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD DAY
Plot:
Everyday can't be a good day and Alexander Cooper (Oxenbould) and his family will soon realize this to be true. As he prepares for his upcoming birthday party, he learns that his party may be overshadowed by a more popular student's party the same day and then he begins to witness the rest of his families' day unravel, from bad job interviews, a botched play, failed driving test and more leaving him to wonder if he has cursed the day.
Reel Talk:
Although this may be a different twist for Jennifer Garner, this is right up Steve Carell's alley when it comes to satire comedy. Even with Carell this is not an all out belly buster but is good for a few laughs. The Vargas twins are quiet most of the movie but they make it up with their adorable charm. Still it is a good family movie for the kids so you can load up the station wagon or mini van and have an enjoyable family outing with this one.
