KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE

Plot:

While on assignment an elite super spy known as a Kingsman is murdered by a bladed legged woman assassin named Gazelle (Boutella) who works for tech wizard Valentine (Jackson) who wants to take over the world by controlling the minds of the people via the internet and cell phones. Kingsman Harry Hart or by his agent name Galahad (Firth) recruits a wayward street thug Eggsy (Egerton) whose deceased father was his friend as well as a Kingsman and so he places the teen in the rigorous training program that's run by facilitator Merlin (Strong) with hope that he passes and has what it takes to don the suit and shoes to be the next spy for the Kingsman organization. But the lad must mature and grow up fast if he has any intent on stopping Valentine and saving the world from a global violent blood bath.

Reel Talk:

This movie was off the chain good! It is a fast paced blend of action and comedy with a good cast. Now don't get it twisted, this is a very violent and bloody movie with a video game vibe to it but still parents be warned. So aside the violent nature it is a very entertaining movie and Samuel L. Jackson will have you rolling with his hip hop character. And you can never go wrong casting Colin Firth, Michael Caine and Mark Strong to play London chaps. This is one that action junkies will thoroughly enjoy and definitely one to check out.

Starring: Colin Firth, Taron Egerton, Michael Caine, Mark Strong, Samuel L. Jackson, Sofia Boutella and Mark Hamill
Directed by: Matthew Vaughn
Rated: R

I give it 3 and a half eaten corn dogs.
