JACK AND JILL

Plot:

Jack and Jill Sadelstein (Sandler), twins born a minute apart, have always shared a special closeness as kids. Now adults Jack is a director for television commercials and is under pressure to secure Al Pacino for an upcoming project and if that’s not bad enough Jill, who he now resents is coming to vacation with him and his family. Jill now a happy going loner, soon begins to be stalked by the very paranoid and unrelenting Pacino all while she continues to clash with her twin sibling.

Reel Talk:

Just recently becoming an uncle to twins (my great niece and nephew), I got to say this movie was joyously enlightening. Ok it’s not a great movie, in fact it is sort of stupid, watching Al Pacino playing himself chasing after Sandler in drag…..C’mon Son (in my Ed Lover voice). Still there are some hilarious moments through out the movie and tons of cameos from various actors. One thing that can be said about Adam Sandler is that he is not a selfish producer. Not the best comedy movie but it is an enjoyable one worth checking out.
