JURASSIC WORLD
Plot:
It had been 22 years since the demise of Jurassic Park. Under a new vision and management it opened as Jurassic World but with poor attendance partly because the lack of any real choice of excitement within the park, the new owner along with a scientific team brew up a super charged hybrid dinosaur with hopes of changing that. While on vacation to visit their aunt Claire (Dallas-Howard) who is with the park's management team, Zach (Robinson) and his younger brother Gray (Simpkins) get detoured on the compound after the new genetic monster escapes and is headed straight for the populated theme park to hunt anything moving. Claire realizing the boys' and the parks only hope is to recruit a dinosaur specialist named Owen (Pratt), she enlists his assistance while trying to ward off the attempted takeover from Hoskins (D'Onofrio) who wants to utilize the creature as a military weapon.
Reel Talk:
WOW!!! It has been 22 long years since we first became awed on the screen with the long lost dinosaurs. Well just like we were amused with the previous Jurassic movies, you will be thrilled with this one. This time around it is presented to us in 3D so you are up close with the prehistoric creatures, claws and teeth. The visuals effects are just as good and because of 3D maybe a touch better than the others, but lest not forget the others are classics. Chris Pratt is cool as the new hero of the day and is steadily making a niche for himself as a true action star of the big screen. Good family movie that will definitely give you your money's worth.
