HARLEM IN THE "D" FOR THREE NIGHTS!

For three nights at the Fisher Theater the new hit stage play One Harlem Night premiered to near capacity crowds. The hit new stage play was written by Detroit's own play writer Sherry Henderson and executive produced by her and husband Kevin Henderson. It was produced and promoted by Ivory Bryant, CEO of Perfection Entertainment. The play is a jazzy, suspense thriller with an all star cast with Brian J. White, Darrin Henson, Carl Payne, Willie Taylor, Felicia "Snoop" Pearson, Marcus Paulk, Alexander Zonjic, Kimmie Horne and a host of local talented artists. If you missed the three premier opening days for the play, be prepared for the possible return shows in future dates. Trust and believe you will enjoy it.

On a windy and rainy Saturday evening in Detroit, a person can still find time to laugh and that's just what the fans who dropped into the Music Hall did was laugh. Nae Nae Entertainment presented the Who Raised You Tour which featured TK Kirkland along with comedian cohorts Tony Roberts, Melanie Comarcho, JJ Williamson and hosted by Guy Torry. Each one of the comedians had the audience rolling laughing with their unique brand of stand up humor based on everyday events. Well you know THE REEL HUSTLER had to pop in backstage and snap a few pics while hanging with my co-star Tonia Williams. Thanks to cuz Bowie the CEO of Nae Nae Entertainment for the love.!

WALK FASHION SHOW & CATWALK

A NIGHT OF FASHION FOR A CAUSE!

On a brisk and chilly night in Detroit, one may have thought they were in New York City at one of the lavish fashion shows they are known to showcase. Instead the fashion event took place at the Eastern Market Shed # 5 located at 2934 Russell Street and it showcased some of the city's hottest fashion designers. The event known as the Walk Fashion Show & Catwalk is an annual affair produced and hosted by Lisa Duncan, Crystal Bailey, Rodney Howell and Daishawn Johnson with Remy Martin as one of their primary sponsors. Yes THE REEL HUSTLER had to clean up and step up in the place and peep all the exciting and vibrant fashions from Detroit's visionary designers and the fashionable trend setting patrons.
