GET HARD

Plot:

James King (Ferrell) is a brilliant but naive investment broker whose life is on point, He is rich, lives in a mansion and about to marry the beautiful but spoiled daughter of his boss. Life could not be any better until he is charged for fraudulent investments and then sentenced to hard labor at San Quentin Prison. Given time to get his affairs in order he enlist the help of Darnell Lewis (Hart), a young black car wash owner that James believes can train him to be prepared for his life behind bars. To give him a taste of prison life Darnell takes him deep into the ghetto to try to see if he can get the blacks in the hood to help him, but with just some days to go the pair will also investigate to see if they can find out who may have framed the soon to be convict.


Reel Talk:

This is an all out funny movie, from beginning to the end I was rolling laughing. The chemistry between Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart is golden, they are the new dynamic comedy duo. I thought The Wedding Ringer was one of Hart's better movie but this one is his best work. In other movies it seems he tries to carry the movie on his own but with this one it is balanced between himself and Ferrell. Like I mentioned, a very funny movie that I highly recommend. CHECK IT OUT!!!
