Plot:
It is the holiday and this is the time that
the dysfunctional family know as The Coopers will get together and try
to put aside there differences so that they can try to have a nice
family gathering. With each family member throughout the span of the
four generation of Coopers trying to deal with their personal obstacles,
they will put on a front to try avoiding the truth to be exposed for
the sake of their traditional dinner.
Reel Talk:
Sorry
but because this is a holiday movie and it is suppose to incite good
cheers, it incited good snoozes. This movie was "WHACK"! It goes through
an identity crisis because it does not know what type of movie it wants
to be, a drama, comedy of love film. And even then it could have worked
if it would have just connected but this film didn't, it was just all
over the place. I was expecting it to be a lot funnier since it had
Diane Keaton, John Goodman, Ed Helms and Alan Arkin, but that was
disappointing. You can love the Coopers but just don't waste your money
on them unless you're just feeling generous because of the holidays.
